ABSTRACT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The abstract must be written in both Turkish and English.
- Abstracts submitted to the symposium must be prepared using a Word program (version 2000 or later).
- The abstract must not exceed 500 words.
- The abstract should be written in Arial font, 11-point size, single-spaced.
- The name(s) of the author(s) should be placed right-aligned immediately below the title. In addition, the university, faculty, and/or institute where the author(s) are enrolled must be indicated as a footnote marked with an asterisk (*), written in 10-point font, single-spaced, at the bottom of the page.
- Along with the Turkish abstract, an English abstract must also be provided. Immediately below each abstract, Keywords should be given in bold, including at least 3 and at most 5 keywords, presented separately in Turkish and English.
FULL-TEXT SUBMISSION GUIDELINES
- The full paper must be written in Turkish.
- Papers submitted to the congress must be prepared using a Word program (version 2000 or later).
- The first page of the paper should be reserved for the title, author name(s), abstract, and keywords. The main text should start on the following page.
- The name(s) of the author(s) should be placed right-aligned immediately below the title. In addition, the university, faculty, and/or institute where the author(s) are enrolled must be indicated as a footnote marked with an asterisk (*), written in 10-point font, single-spaced, at the bottom of the page.
- The paper, including footnotes and references, must be prepared in accordance with the APA 6th edition citation style.
- Below the author name(s), a Turkish and English abstract, each not exceeding 500 words, should be provided in 10-point font, single-spaced. Immediately below the abstracts, Keywords should be written in bold, including at least 3 and at most 5 keywords, presented separately in Turkish and English.
- The main text of the paper, starting after the title and abstract page, should be written in Arial font, 11-point size, single-spaced.
- In the paper, the title should be written in 14-point bold, and section and subsection headings should be written in 12-point bold. Paragraphs should be written without indentation.
- Pages must be numbered, and page numbers should be placed in the bottom-right corner of each page.
- Page margins (left, right, top, and bottom) must be set to 3 cm.
- Full-text papers, including references, must not exceed 15 pages.
- Presentations at the congress should be no longer than 15 minutes and should be supported with appropriate visual materials.
- Papers submitted to the congress must not have been previously published or be under review for publication in another academic event or platform.
