The registration fees determined for participation in the 3rd International Graduate Student Congress are as follows:
- For graduate students who are citizens of the Republic of Türkiye: 1000 TL
- For YÖS (international) students: 100 USD
- For Istanbul Aydın University students: 50% discount will be applied to the stated registration fees.
- Listener (audience) participation: Free of charge
Congress participation fees must be paid to the designated bank account by 22.04.2026.

The registration fee includes:
